Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy provides a reflective and supportive space to better understand yourself and gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through the therapeutic relationship, many clients are able to move through relational blocks, opening the way to greater freedom in their relationships and a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with adults, young adults (college-age), and teens (15+) navigating a wide range of life's challenges. Many clients I work with begin therapy because they're experiencing difficulties in their interpersonal relationships, navigating grief and loss, experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, or seeking to heal from past trauma and PTSD. Some clients seek support while going through significant life transitions, while others begin therapy because they feel stuck and are looking for a way to move forward in life.

Therapy for Twins and Families of Twins and Multiples
Specialized therapy to meet the unique needs of twins and multiple birth families.
Twins share a bond that is unlike any other. It begins prior to birth, and lasts a lifetime. It can be a source of strength and lifelong connection—but it can also bring challenges that others may not fully understand.

As a therapist with specialized expertise in twin dynamics, I provide a supportive space to explore the unique complexities and challenges of being— or raising—twins.
